Hospital responsibility

Hospitals remain responsible for lawful collection, accuracy, retention, staff authorisation and local confidentiality obligations for records entered by their teams in independent portals.

No patient data in support messages

Never include names, identifiers, reports or other patient-identifiable information in general email, contact or troubleshooting messages.
